Edale, a Canon company, a leading manufacturer of premium carton and label printing technology, will be headlining this year’s 5th Congress of Self-Adhesive Labels on 5–6 June 2025 in Łochów, Poland.
The event, organised by Świat Druku, is the latest edition of Poland’s leading conference on self-adhesive labels and is titled “The Latest Technologies with an Exhibition of Technologies and Solutions for Label Producers.”

Edale will attend in partnership with its Polish agent Graw, taking the lead with a dedicated 30-minute presentation and tabletop exhibition. The presentation “Engineering the Advantage: Machine Technologies That Increase Productivity,” will take a fresh look at what Edale represents today.
Gary Roberts, Head of Sales EMEA at Edale, said: “There’s a strong reputation for Edale’s early-generation equipment in Poland, particularly the Alpha. But that’s only part of our story. This presentation is about reintroducing Edale to the Polish market as a forward-thinking technology provider whose modern presses are built for the challenges of today’s label converters.”
Over the past two years, Edale has worked closely with printing and converting companies across Poland to better understand local challenges and application needs. With installations in more than 30 countries, Edale’s latest FL range is built on highly automated platforms that prioritise flexibility, performance, and ease of use.
Attendees will learn how features such as AIIR (Autonomous Inking, Impression and Registration), dual-servo control, quick job changeover and unlimited job storage enable converters to meet growing demands for speed, sustainability and premium print quality, without the complexity.

However, rather than listing features, Edale’s presentation will spotlight a series of short customer videos showing real-world applications that demonstrate the diverse capability of Edale’s FL3 label press.
Ian Eccleston, Sales Manager at Edale, who will also attend the event, added: “It’s one thing to talk about automation, efficiency and print quality, it’s another to show it happening on real customer jobs. That’s what this presentation will deliver. It will showcase tangible, application-led examples of how our customers are pushing boundaries with our technology.”
Paweł Drobek, Machinery Sales Specialist at Graw, added: “Polish converters know Edale for simplicity and reliability. We’re excited to show how the latest FL3 platform builds on those qualities with even more flexibility and automation, and how it can open up new application possibilities for label producers in our market.”
