HP Indigo 200K New Add-on Slitter Expands Capability for Labels and Flexible Packaging Production
At Labelexpo Americas, HP will exhibit the HP Indigo 6K Digital Press and HP Indigo 200K. The HP Indigo 200K will include a new game-changing add-on slitter, which allows converters to seamlessly use their HP Indigo 200K press to print pressure-sensitive labels, flexible packaging, and shrink-sleeves, slit on press and then convert the slitted roll-on narrow web devices.
After a successful launch in 2023, the HP Indigo 200K has already over 40 installations worldwide, allowing label and flexible packaging converters to tap into the fastest growing segment in print, digitally printed flexible packaging, using the only field-proven technology in the market. Jeff Koch, Chief Executive Officer at American Packaging Corporation, recently installed 2 HP Indigo 200K Digital Presses, said, “We believe that digital printing will help us serve our existing customer base, and also open new doors and create exciting conversations with potential new customers.
